Return & Refund Policy – Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Services

We value your trust and aim to provide complete clarity regarding our Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) services.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

  • 1. No Return / Refund After Issuance

    A DSC is a government-approved digital identity issued after successful identity verification by a licensed Certifying Authority (CA).

    Once a DSC has been issued, it cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances, as per Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA) guidelines.

  • 2. Refund Before Processing

    You are eligible for a refund if:

    • Your DSC application has not yet been submitted to the Certifying Authority.

    • You request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

    In such cases, applicable payment gateway and administrative charges will be deducted before processing your refund.

  • 3. Rejection by Certifying Authority

    If your DSC application is rejected due to incorrect, forged, or incomplete documents, no refund will be issued.

    However, you may submit the correct documents within the allowed period without additional service charges (subject to CA approval).

  • 4. Changes After Issuance

    Once issued, a DSC cannot be modified (class/type/validity). Any upgrade or change will require a new application and payment.

  • 5. Processing Time for Eligible Refunds

    Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
