At Rajasthan DSC Services, we aim to deliver your Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) quickly and securely, whether in USB Token form or via digital download, depending on your chosen service type.
If you have opted for a DSC with a USB token, we will ship it through trusted courier partners to your provided address.
If you have opted for a DSC without a USB token, we will provide the certificate file via email or secure download link.
Orders are processed after successful payment and completion of KYC verification.
Typically, DSC issuance and shipping are completed within 1–3 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on the type of DSC, verification speed, and regulatory requirements.
Domestic Shipping (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Digital Delivery: Within 24 hours after approval.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier service performance.
Physical Token Delivery: Shipping charges may apply and will be displayed during checkout.
Digital Delivery: No shipping charges apply.
For physical deliveries, a tracking ID will be shared once the token is dispatched.
For digital deliveries, the DSC file and installation instructions will be sent to your registered email.
Currently, we do not ship DSC tokens internationally due to licensing restrictions.
Digital delivery of DSC (if permissible under local laws) can be arranged upon request.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen regulatory approvals.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We will not be responsible for DSC tokens lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
